PAT 50 A - 50 Ω Calibration Attenuator for EFT / Burst Generators

PAT 50A allows calibration according the standard IEC/EN 61000-4-4 required for the EFT/Burst generators. IEC/EN 61000-4-4 describes calibration of an EFT generator having 50 Ohm high voltage output. The high voltage output is coupled through a 50 Ohm attenuator and viewed on an oscilloscope or similar instrument having a bandwidth of at least 400 MHz.
