In case a repair or replacement will take long, we can supply various rental units to reduce or eliminate downtime of systems.
Repairs
If you are experiencing any trouble with your equipment, give us a call and after a short discussion, we can determine if someone should come over to your facility for further evaluation and repair or if the equipment should be sent to our factory.
There are many large HAEFELY systems that have been in operation for 40+ years, and to keep these as well as newer equipment running, we recommend they be evaluated periodically.
On-site Repair
HAEFELY offers extensive onsite services to keep your high voltage test equipment functioning properly, enabling you to keep your testing facility at peak performance. Our team of Service Engineers are specialists in the field of high voltage testing and are available to you year round. In-house Repair
We offer both basic and extensive in-house repair services as well as calibrations to protect your investments. Please write to our support department and they will guide you through the procedure. A returns material authorization is necessary to initiate & speed up the repair process.
