Calibration & Testing Services

If you are experiencing any trouble with your equipment or are in need of calibration, give us a call.

After a short discussion, we can determine if someone should come onsite to your facility for further evaluation and repair or if the equipment should be sent to our factory.

There are many large HAEFELY systems that have been in operation for 40+ years, and to keep these as well as newer equipment running, we recommend they be evaluated.

For most high voltage test and measurement equipment, annual calibrations or performance checks are recommended to ensure proper operation and accuracy. For SCS performance tests, calibration is recommended at least every 5 years.

Independent Calibration Laboratory

The Calibration Laboratory at HAEFELY is an independent calibration laboratory accredited by the Swiss Accreditation Service (SAS) for electrical parameters & HV measuring systems for: impulse voltages, AC voltages, and DC voltages. All tests and calibrations are done according to EN17025 standards. We provide customers with reports and certificates for all products according to a variety of national and international standards such as:
