The type 5287 extends the performance of the capacitance and tan delta field test sets. It can be used together with MIDAS 2881.
5287 is an additional power supply with higher current output and nominal capacitor for on-site transformer short circuit impedance measurement.
The system is designed for on-site inductance testing, especially for short-circuit impedance testing of power transformers.
