As of January 1, 2026, HAVECO AG and PFIFFNER Systems AG will merge into HAVECO AG as part of a strategic fusion. With this, we strengthen our position as an integrated provider of services, system solutions, and products in the energy sector as well as in electrical and network technology. Michael Hutter and Stefan Häni will assume the roles of co-managing directors of HAVECO AG, effective January 1, 2026.

Pfiffner Systems, as a specialist in engineering and complete solutions, complements Haveco’s proven services along with its expertise in network construction and plant engineering. Through the merger, we create synergies, promote further training and specialization, thereby opening new opportunities for our employees. At the same time, you will benefit from an even stronger pooling of expertise under the unified company name Haveco. Existing contractual relationships will be maintained, with HAVECO AG acting as the central contracting party.
